Everything you need to write about MatAdmin: logos, product screenshots, founder photos, and copy in a few different lengths.
Company description
Copy and paste ready, in three lengths.
One-line
MatAdmin helps jiu-jitsu academy owners run attendance, billing, and belt promotions in one place.
Short
MatAdmin is built for the solo-owner and small to medium sized jiu-jitsu academies that big gym-software companies overlook. There is no enterprise sales team and no bloated feature set built for gym chains. Just attendance, belt and stripe promotions, waivers, and billing in one dashboard, run by someone who trains. It is flat-priced with no per-member fees, so growing your academy never means paying more per student.
Medium
MatAdmin is gym management software built specifically for owner-run jiu-jitsu academies, not generic fitness businesses. It brings members, attendance, belt and stripe promotions, waivers, and billing into one dashboard, plus a self-check-in kiosk so students can check in without pulling the owner away from teaching. Attendance takes three taps during class instead of end-of-night data entry. Pricing is flat: free for academies with 9 or fewer active students, and $39 per month with a 30-day trial for unlimited students. The same product runs on both plans, with no per-member fees. MatAdmin runs entirely in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
Founder
Background and downloadable photos.
Adolfo Foronda is the founder of MatAdmin, gym management software built for owner-run jiu-jitsu academies. A longtime jiu-jitsu practitioner and host of the Forever White Belt podcast, Adolfo brings a background in technology, design, HCI/UX, and agile product development to the build. He set out to make the software he wished existed: made for the solo instructor running every part of the academy, not a system designed for gym chains and repackaged for martial arts. MatAdmin covers attendance, belt and stripe tracking, waivers, and billing in one dashboard, priced flat with no per-member fees. Adolfo is building it independently, without a sales team, focused specifically on the single-owner and small to medium sized academies that most gym software overlooks. MatAdmin is live in production and under active, ongoing development.

For longer pieces.
Most gym management software is built for gym chains: big sales teams, enterprise contracts, and feature sets designed for multi-location businesses. MatAdmin is built the opposite way, for the owner who teaches every class themselves and runs the whole academy solo or with one or two instructors.
MatAdmin brings the essentials into one dashboard: member profiles, attendance, belt and stripe promotions, waivers, and billing. Attendance runs in three taps while class is happening. Open the class, tap students onto the mat, and the count updates live, with no end-of-night data entry. A self-check-in kiosk lets students check themselves in from a tablet or laptop at the door, so the owner can keep teaching instead of manning a clipboard. Every student's belt rank, stripe count, attendance history, waivers, and payments live on one page, including CSV import with duplicate review for academies switching from another system.
MatAdmin runs entirely in the browser, on any phone, with nothing for the owner or students to install.
Pricing is flat and transparent: free for academies with 9 or fewer active students, with every core feature included, and a $39 per month Founder Plan (30 days free to try) for unlimited students, student billing, and CSV import. Both plans run the same product, with no per-member pricing that punishes an academy for growing.
MatAdmin is founded and built by Adolfo Foronda, a longtime jiu-jitsu practitioner and host of the Forever White Belt podcast, who brings a background in tech, design, and agile product development to the build. Rather than chasing gym chains, MatAdmin is independent and laser-focused on one underserved corner of the market: the solo-owner or small to medium sized academy, moving quickly to serve it well.
