What This Helps You Do
Publish selected classes on your website without exposing private class or member information. You can preview the schedule at wide and narrow sizes before publishing it.
Publish a Schedule
- Open Classes and choose Public schedule.
- Check the classes you want visitors to see, or use Select all for the classes currently listed. Uncheck any you want to keep private. New classes stay private until selected, and changes take effect only when you publish or save.
- Choose the light or dark theme and the default Month, Week, or List view.
- Turn instructor names, locations, or online signup links on only when you want them public.
- Check both Wide and Narrow in the private preview.
- Choose Publish schedule.
After publishing, return through Classes → Public schedule to view or manage your schedule.
- Share a link: choose Copy link to send the calendar to students or add it to your social profile. View calendar opens it in a new window.
- Add the calendar to your website: choose Copy website code below the recommended code box. Paste it into an Embed or Custom HTML block in your website editor, or send it to your website manager. The calendar fits the page width; visitors scroll inside it when needed. A link below it opens the full schedule.
- Automatic height (optional): open this option only if you want the calendar to grow or shrink with its contents. Copy automatic-height code copies this version, including the script it needs. Use it instead of the recommended code. Some website builders block scripts; if it does not work, use the recommended code. Both versions include a full-schedule link.
Class cards show the class name and time. Cards expand only when they have a configured age range, public instructor, or location; generic category labels are omitted.
Replace schedule link is only for retiring the current address. Creating a replacement immediately stops old links and calendars already on websites. You must share the new link and replace the website code wherever you used it. Normal schedule changes update automatically and do not require new code or a new link. Disabling the public schedule removes public access until you publish it again.
Change One Class Date
To change one occurrence without editing the recurring schedule:
- Open Classes and edit the class.
- In Change one class date, choose a future date.
- Change that day's start and end time, or choose Cancel this class.
- Use Restore to return that date to the recurring schedule.
Common Mistakes
- Selecting a private or appointment-only class that should stay off the website.
- Replacing the public link before updating the link or embed on your website.
- Expecting the automatic-height version to work in a website builder that removes scripts. Use the fixed-height iframe there.
- Editing the recurring class when only one date needs to change.
